Correction: Hanwha Asset Management - Not Hanwha Aerospace - Invests in Shield AI's $240M F-1 Round

WASHINGTON,March 13,2025 -- Shield AI is issuing a correction to its previously released announcement,"Shield AI raises $240M at $5.3B valuation to scaleHivemind Enterprise,an AI-powered autonomy developer platform."

The original release incorrectly identified Hanwha Aerospace as a participating investor. The correct entity is Hanwha Asset Management.

Shield AI apologizes for the error and appreciates the opportunity to clarify the correct information.
