On Aug 2nd, 2016, at the invitation of Innovation Valley Smart City Industry Committee and Smart City Investment Committee, Mr. Edgar Chuan, Chairman of the Board of Crede Capital Group from the U.S., and his team visited and inspected the investment environment of Innovation Valley. Mr. Hongjun Ma, director of Innovation Valley Management Committee had a cordial meeting with the visiting guests, holding discussions on investment issues.
After full communication, both two parties reached a consensus on the industrial layout and implementation mode of the Innovation Valley Investment. Mr. Edgar Chuan decided to introduce the projects of new materials and artificial intelligence of Crede Capital Group to Innovation Valley, and entrusted China Great Wall Asset Management Company and Jinan High-tech Zone Management Committee to jointly establish an industry guide fund of 10 billion RMB, which will incubate and manage the introduced projects after investment.
